Creating Intelligent Environments

“It is always hard to believe that the courageous step is so close to us, that it is closer than we ever could imagine, that in fact, we already know what it is, and that the step is simpler, more radical than we had thought: which is why we so often prefer the story to be more elaborate, our identities clouded by fear, the horizon safely in the distance, the essay longer than it needs to be and the answer safely in the realm of impossibility.”

Do any of the following describe you?

1.    You are a seeker and a lifelong learner

You have an unquenchable thirst for new experiences, new ideas, and new trends, which can mean that you are endlessly busy, sometimes with little to show for it, for the array of options is always endless. You are living in a paradox. It is as if you have focus and yet you don’t at the same time. So you are yearning for the lens of clarity that will devolve you to your focused, confident and discerning self, with a newfound sense of renewal and purpose.

2.    You are in the throes of some kind of change or transition.

You are either being challenged by some changing circumstance, or you yourself are the challenger striving to transform the status quo which has started to run you. In either case, you feel so overwhelmed that your vision and possibilities therein have become tunneled by all of your critical voices, your perceived limitations, and your fears. As a result, your resourcefulness has become overshadowed by the noise inside.

3.    You are a soulful leader or entrepreneur in your field.

You love challenges yet realize it is not all about achievement: success at any cost is no longer an option for you. You are tired of formulaic quick-fixes that promise shortcuts and guaranteed results. Meaningful process and meaningful results are equally important to you now.  You are willing to pause along the way and stay with uncertainty long enough to organically arrive at better quality thinking to allow new possibilities to emerge. You are also willing to challenge yourself and be challenged both in your thinking and the way you show up in the world, in order to experience life with integrity and authenticity whilst still thriving professionally.

5.    You wish to have an impact on the world

You are aware of your potential, although sometimes you experience self-doubt (you keep it to yourself, though). You want to make a difference: earning high fees is important to you, but not enough. People are important to you. Wellbeing is important to you. The planet is important to you. Your work needs to be meaningful for your spirit to surge forward, so you are looking to widen your circle of influence in the world.

6.    You are fiercely independent

Despite being surrounded by well-intentioned colleagues, family and friends, there is a sense that they don’t really get you, they don’t see the real you. You even have an aura of authority about you and you might even say that people are a little afraid of you. As you aim to find what you seek with little help from others, you have a tendency to isolate yourself, and so end up feeling lonely at times, even though you have plenty of people around you. You are now yearning to create an experience of inspired connection all round.

If the above descriptions seem familiar, you are not alone.

I will hold space for you, for your potential to emerge and for you to experience yourself and the way you live your life, anew. We will explore your aspirations, your fears and obstacles from a space of clarity and quiet inspiration, and turn your ideas into doable action steps. Our work together will be deep and, whatever you achieve, all of your outcomes will be this: a sense of inner peace and contentment with your life.

If any of the above resonate with you, then let’s schedule a coaching-conversation and determine whether working together is a right fit for both of us.
