“The antidote to exhaustion is not rest, but wholeheartedness.
Moving on from being scattered to bringing the whole of my heart to the present.”
The people I coach come from all over the planet and from all walks of life.
I have a track record of helping them deliver results with simplicity.
When I consider all the amazing people I have worked with and work for now, from politicians to doctors, from bankers to lawyers, from entrepreneurs to students, from sportsmen (still to work with women in this field) to corporate teams (including the whole of a police force at one time), I see this: each and every one of the people behind the role is bringing into the world their unique combination of talents.
When they come to me for support, they have often reached a plateau in the expression of these talents. And they have realized that “what got them here won’t get them there”. Because the very gifts that guided them to the summit can be the very gifts that hold them in a trance at the threshold of the next summit, barring them from accessing new breakthrough opportunities.
So, for the most part, our sessions and conversations are about tapping into a deeper dimension of possibilities waiting to be unleashed. This dimension, which I like to call deep or infinite wisdom, is untouched by anything past like personal history, factual knowledge, beliefs or experience, and can only be accessed by listening deeply and authentically to yourself.
Together we will create the space for this to happen.
This is where my deepest coaching will lead you.
Sydney Banks expressed it beautifully when he said:
You have to go beyond all concepts. And you find it in the stillness of your mind, in the quiet chambers of your mind when you go from the known to the unknown, from the physical to the spiritual… When you hear beyond the word, an inner light goes on and it brings out inner knowledge and wisdom, spiritual intelligence, before the contamination of human thought.”
So, it is about quieting the noise down so you can listen to what is wanting to emerge and take you to your next level of personal and professional development.
Of course, you will be, ultimately, responsible for your own successes: the outcome will depend on what you are willing to put in.
I work with a select number of clients on a 1-1 basis.
Before starting to work with you, we will have a powerful conversation to explore your aspirations and challenges and see if working together is a great fit for both of us.
I will then tailor the coaching programme to your needs, and I will usually work with you over a period of 6 to 12 months.
If you are curious to find out more about working together, get in touch and let’s have a conversation.
If you are scared, doubdt-ridden or sceptical, contact me anyway, because what you are yearning for may well be on the other side of that resistance.
